By using the wash process (where beans are swiftly depulped and washed), we keep things simple, locking in those timeless tastes without any funky surprises. The end result? A perfect brew bursting with traditional flavors in every sip.
Our farm is nestled in the heart of the coffee origins in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. Our coffee blends a mix of Limaní & Catuaí (Arabica) beans, treated to washing and sunbathing.
